Lightweight presets — everything stays on this device. For cold-weather hand alerts, use the Weather page.
Exercise reminder times
We check a few times per minute while the app is open. One reminder per time slot per day. If you set quiet hours on the Weather page, optional OS toasts for exercise reminders are skipped during that window (in-app rows still appear).

How long an unread row should stay in view in the bell menu before we mark it read.
Browser notifications
Optional OS toasts when a scheduled reminder fires (app can be in the background on supported installs). Install the PWA for the best experience; push from a server is not required for this MVP.
